Hi Mary and All
Re white Clover, the May 2000 issue of Bee Tidings has
this to say.
"White clover is an important honey plant. White
clover honey is considered the best quality honey. It
is the standard to which other honeys are compared. In
many areas it is the principle source of nectar for
the production of surplus honey."
With the present biofuel developments going on white
clover can be expected to become one of the crops of
the future. It has a lot going for it even if the
moderator of this group says its not a suitable topic
for this form! If something is going to change nature
in NS in the near future - this is it!
Have a nice summer
Paul
