Andrew Hebda (Curator of Zoology, NSMNH HEBDAAJ@gov.ns.ca) and I (Curator of
all things Dead, STFXU, rlauff@stfx.ca) often look for additions to our
respective collections. Folks can contact either one of us (there are
perhaps others as well) if you have specimens to contribute.

Typical feeder birds, like Hummers, are well-represented in our collection
(I have at least three still in the freezer waiting for processing), and I
suspect they are well-represented in the collection of the NSMNH as well. I
could really use a vulture though...anyone? Perhaps a local highschool may
have some interest in the hummingbird? A Whimbrel would be a really, really
cool addition to our collection...
