Hi All
This afternoon when it cleared and the sun came out
was a perfect afternoon to go stand in the river.
Cooler enough with a breath of wind so there was no
black flies but not so bad as to drive away the caddis
and other flies birds love.
A Cedar Waxwing was fly catching near me as were barn
swallows. A mallard with her brood of 6 ducklings as
well as a loon - I don't think the loon was catching
flies - but prehaps in the condensed form.
The White Suckers are pretty well finished spawning
where I was but there still lots of goodies for the
other fish. A fun day.
Get out and wade a river
Paul
