Hi All
Yesterday evening was a lovely spring evening. We were
out on the river until about 9:30pm and as the dark
gathered the night hawks came out. Many of them
swooping and catching insects just in front of us.
The conversation turned to fishing and nighthawks and
stories about big ones caught with the nighthawks were
over head. The black flies had gone in so that was
pleasant. We just got home in time to enjoy the
Senators getting their just rewards!
There is a lot of nature knowledge along the river
bank in the stories told after its too dark to fish.
Not all of it written but more made its way there last
evening.
