May 13, 2007 - On a walk in Wolfville, we noticed SHEPHERD¹S PURSE in bloom,
and PIN CHERRY with lots of flower-buds will soon be blooming. Not far
behind pin cherry is YELLOW ROCKET.

May 14, 2007 - Brenda & Bill Thexton saw an EASTERN KINGBIRD at Grand Pre a
bit west of the historic park. Also Bill saw a YELLOW WARBLER somewhere in
the Wolfville area two days ago (May 12).

Wolfville¹s Robie Tufts Nature Centre at dusk: Ted Wolkowski checked from
7:45 to 8:50 p.m. (Sunset 8:34) -- ONLY 2 SWIFTS SEEN -- one swift entered
chimney at 8:16, other in at 8:37 -- weather clear, cool (15 C.), slight
breeze from north.

May 15, 2007 - Along Wolfville¹s railroad tracks, PIN CHERRY, SHADBUSH, and
LOW-BUSH BLUEBERRY in bloom.

Cheers :-) from Jim in Wolfville, 542-9204
