Hi Jan,

My books show no visible differences in gender. Stokes "A Guide to Bird
Behaviour" says, "You must use a variety of behavioural clues, such as
the fact that only the male sings, and only the female builds the nest,
incubates, and broods." This book also says to look for the nest in
small evergreen shrubs near buildings - eg. foundation plantings. I
remember on the Hant's country field trip last year we found a nest in a
small deciduous shrub near a building at Smiley's Park.
