Subject: Tree swallows, cocoons

Hi Jim: =20

=20

There were three Tree Swallows at Van Nostrand=B9s pond this morning, plus
three Blue-winged Teal (two male, one female or perhaps immature).

=20

Further to the recent NatureNS postings about silk moth cocoons, I have fiv=
e
(probable) Cecropia cocoons and was wondering if you know of anyone locally
who might want some for educational purposes. Jean Timpa=B9s recent posting
gives information on how to handle the cocoons so that the moths will emerg=
e
at the proper time.
