Birders might want to know that I saw the Western Tanager at Ethelda
Murphy's feeder in Pubnico on Saturday. It was the three month
anniversary of its arrival. I could not notice any change in the plumage
towards breeding colour. Did it know a storm was coming?
There were lots of Robins and Grackles everywhere in Shelburne, Queens
counties.
G B Eagle ( immature) just north of Shelburne this am.
Cheers, Joan
