Hi,

I was able to get out to Pt. George at lunchtime while in Middleton
ysterday. The Bay was rather rough, but I counted 9 Harlequins, mostly
males, and 3 Black Scoter. At the DU pond on the way to Margaretsville was a
pair of Hooded Mergansers. Later, at the DU pond by the New Minas Cornwallis
bridge were 6 Common Mergansers. There were Robins all over the place on
lawns and in fields by the roads between Middleton and Pt. George -
obviously a spring influx.
