Hi All
Each year we have a pair of Mallards that nest very
close to our house. Quite unconcerned about BB and I
walking around the yard. I always put our corn for
them and whoever else would like some. They the
mallards will leave as soon as a brood of duckling
appear and we do not see them for another year.
Yesterday a pair arrived and went right to the food.
As they do not carry id, I cann't tell if they were
there other years or not. They have been hanging
around ever since.
This morning a dozen of their friends joined them but
the new ones were real wary and weren't taking any
chance on BB. so we just got 2 all day. Thats plenty!
Have a nice end to the winter
Paul
