Hi All
This morning under my rhodos are a number of birds. 12
- 15 juncos, a few goldfinch, and a song sparrow.
They are all feeding upon something on the snow. Must
be rhodo seed that got shattered in the dry cold
westerly winds of the last day or so. Remarkable how
they find such small food sources.
Their favorite plant as well as mine seems to be the
Princess - which produces a lot of seed but the seed
doesn't grow to well. A good plant nevertheless - the
fact that the seed is not a great grower is a plus.
Have a nice winter
Paul
