At Crescent Beach, Lun. Co. yesterday there were 11 Black-bellied Plovers, 16 Dunlin and one Sanderling. At Broad Cove three greater yellowlegs. I had a call this morning about an Eastern towhee, which was at New Germany yesterday. The lady reporting this bird moved here from BC recently and was out walking her dog. She heard the bird call and being familiar with the towhee call thought that she must be mistaken. She looked about and located the bird on tree on her property.
