Sept. 21, 2006 - SHOREBIRDS IN WOLFVILLE HARBOUR: at high tide in early afternoon, I found the following roosting on the rocks just above the water line along the railroad tracks and just below the open pavilion: about 25 or more GREATER YELLOWLEGS (no lessers seen), 2 WILLETS, 2 DOWITCHERS (unidentified), 1 SEMIPALMATED PLOVER, 1 LEAST SANDPIPER. Also present were the usual rock pigeons and 3 ring-billed gulls. Cheers from Jim in Wolfville, 542-9204
