Highlights for an outing yesterday were at Oxner's Beach, Lower LaHave, three northern pintail females. There were also 50 green-winged teal there. At Conrad's Island Beach two red knots. Large movements of yellow-rumped warblers going through with flocks everywhere. One flock at Conrad's Island contained about 50 of these birds. There were four wood ducks still at the Mason's Beach Pond. At the end of Second Peninsula 11 bobolinks. There had been a group of 22 there. James R. Hirtle Lunenburg
