We have a row of tall Poplars on our property (Chipman Corner, King's Co.), which have started to shed their leaves already. Normally the birds seem to ignore them, apart from the odd Robin etc. using them as a perch. This afternoon, though, there were about 20+ Yellow-rumped Warblers, + some Goldfinches, Chickadees, and a Wilson's Warbler, feeding all over the trees - they're still there as I write this inside.
