Welcome to the Hubbards-Tantallon CAP Site We provide computer and internet access to St. Margaret’s Bay residents and visitors in the communities of Hubbards and Tantallon. We have three sites, two in Hubbards at the J.D. Shatford Public Library and the Hubbards Visitor Sevices and Interpretive Centre; and one in Tantallon at the Tantallon Public Library. We are part of the Halifax Regional CAP Association, where you can find a list of all the CAP sites in the Halifax Regional Municipality. CAP, which stands for Community Access Project, is a program designed by the Canadian Government which gives thousands of Canadians affordable access to the Internet in places like schools, community centres and libraries. It provides access to those people who might not have computers or Internet access in their homes or workplaces.
