Dr. R.A. Sargent is currently under contract as a Technical Consultant for the Canada-Pakistan Basic Education Project (CPBEP), a CIDA funded teacher education project operating in Pakistan. CPBEP is a five year initiative to improve pre-service teacher education programming in the Punjab State University of Education and all thirty-three affiliated teacher education colleges.
